Application notes on the company’s page

• The completed form is sent as a PDF by email from the address registered in the company’s subscriber management system.
• The same form can also be delivered to the records office by hand, by post or to the KEP address.
• The company states that no fee is charged for creating the first user on the OSOS Customer Portal or for later use.

Required documents

• Customer Portal User Request Form, fully completed and signed
• Power of attorney and/or authorisation document (legal entities and public bodies)
• Company signature circular (legal entities)
• If an electrician or freelance engineer applies on the subscriber’s behalf, the contract between them

Web service (API) access

A portal account may not be enough to connect OSOS data to an application through a web service: some companies offer portal and web service access as separate options. If you have a portal account but no web service username and password, you request them from the company separately. If there is no application form, or the form shows no web service option, you can use the email below.
