Multi-site businesses

All your sites, measured the same way, on one screen

Stores, branches, offices or warehouses: as sites multiply, energy management can’t rely on visiting them one by one. GenieBlocks compares site consumption on the same basis, highlights the outlier and sets up a maintenance workflow tracked from head office.

How the platform addresses them

The modules that map to these problems. All modules run on one data backbone, in the same interface.

  • Overview

Daily summary of the site, consumption and open events on one screen.

  • Buildings

Building and block identity, location and consumption.

  • Device Comparison

Consumption comparison of devices of the same make and model.

  • Savings Score

    Savings score and targets.

  • Energy Baseline

Deviation of consumption from the baseline period.

  • Alarms

Open and closed alarm events; an alarm is the start of a workflow.

  • Notifications

Notifications sent to the user in a single inbox.

  • Maintenance

    Maintenance plans and work orders.

  • Field Checklists

    Checklists completed in the field.

  • Invoice Tracking

Tracking and checking the invoices issued to the site.

  • Supply Contracts

    Supply contract and tariff tracking.

  • Genie AI Agent

An AI agent that makes recommendations and works with approval.

Genie recommends, you approve. Critical load operations always require human approval. Meet Genie

Where the data comes from

You start without replacing your existing systems. Today the platform takes data from:

  • OSOS
  • Modbus (RTU / TCP)
  • LoRaWAN
  • REST API

Connected in the setup project: M-Bus · IEC 62056-21 · RS-485 · Pulse output · Analogue (4-20 mA, 0-10 V) · MQTT · Databases on your own servers

Example use case

How it works: After-hours consumption in a multi-branch retail chain

  1. After the stores close, one branch’s consumption stays above its own baseline period and above similar branches.

  2. An alarm is raised. Genie prepares a likely cause and a suggested step as a draft awaiting approval.

  3. The energy lead at head office approves the draft, and a work order goes to the technical team.

  4. The following nights’ consumption is compared with the baseline, and the Savings Score shows the change across branches.

This is an example use case; it does not describe a specific organisation or result.
