Every building on campus, on one screen
Faculties, residences, laboratories and social facilities run at different hours with different needs. GenieBlocks brings these buildings onto one data backbone, so you track consumption by building and block, spot deviations early and run maintenance from the same place.
Three common problems
One total bill, no building-level visibility
The campus receives one or a few invoices; which building used how much, and when, stays hidden. Where to start saving is left to guesswork.
Explore: Invoices and savings
Consumption that continues off-hours
In the evenings, at weekends and during holidays most buildings are empty, yet air conditioning, lighting and equipment can keep running.
Explore: Maintenance and faults
Scattered maintenance and fault tracking
Faults are reported by phone, by email or in a logbook; which equipment was serviced when is not kept in one place.

Where the data comes from
You start without replacing your existing systems. Today the platform takes data from:
- OSOS
- Modbus (RTU / TCP)
- LoRaWAN
- REST API
Connected in the setup project: M-Bus · IEC 62056-21 · RS-485 · Pulse output · Analogue (4-20 mA, 0-10 V) · MQTT · Databases on your own servers
If your device isn't listed, we add it together.
Regulation
Turkey’s Energy Efficiency Law No. 5627 requires commercial, service and public buildings above a total floor area or annual energy consumption threshold set in the law to appoint an energy manager or contract this service. The ministry can change these thresholds, so check the current official text to see whether your building is covered.

How it works: Weekend consumption that keeps going
On a Saturday night, a faculty building’s consumption rises above its weekend consumption in the baseline period.
The Alarms module records the event. Genie leaves a likely cause (for example an air handling unit left running) and a suggested step in the Action Center as a draft awaiting approval.
The facility manager approves the draft, and the action goes to the responsible technician as a work order.
The technician completes the checklist on site, and the following days’ consumption is compared with the same baseline.
This is an example use case; it does not describe a specific organisation or result.
Let’s talk about your facility
