Application channels

Application notes on the company’s page

• The application is handled entirely on the portal; on first login you choose “Yeni Başvuru” (New Application) and sign in with the applicant’s email address.
• The activation link sent by email leads to the application form for an individual or corporate subscription.
• When the application is approved, the user name and password are sent to the applicant.

Required documents

• Individual subscriber: copy of ID, installation number, contact details
• Corporate subscriber: tax plate, authorisation document or signature circular, list of installations, contact details of the authorised person

Web service (API) access

A portal account may not be enough to connect OSOS data to an application through a web service: some companies offer portal and web service access as separate options. If you have a portal account but no web service username and password, you request them from the company separately. If there is no application form, or the form shows no web service option, you can use the email below.

The company’s page lists no email or KEP address. You can use the text in the message field of the company’s portal or online form, or send it to the company’s customer service.
